Why is getting jobs so tough in US?

Us having the highest layoff rate in the world right now isn't proof capitalism is failing. every country in the world has good times and bad times. all countries have recessions and times of prosperity. were just in a little bigger of a rut right now than usual, but were slowly but steadily rising back up to where we were a little while ago. though our country will probably never be like it was back in the 20's ever again
