When are they going to release "The Human Centipede II: Full Sequence" in the U.S.?

I heard it was banned in the UK but I don't see why it shouldn't be released here in the states. I read the plot for it and it sounds awesome and disturbing! On imdb.com, it doesn't give a release date. All it says is that it is to be released this year. So, anything you've heard on it?
