Powers to change reality?

If someone had the power to bend reality, how would it be like? Lets not think with over powering feats. One way I thought myself was that he can expel energy to a given radius and all to come within runs into his thoughts these energies contain which has them tumbling in his own mind, his own notion of reality. I'm in a middle of making a meta-human character to my story. Help give me some pointers of really tricky moves that can trick others into?
